Orders can be delivered in:

• Netherlands (excluded: the Wadden Islands and Kaageiland)
• Belgium (excluded: Wallonia except for Brussels)

Orders placed before 5:00 PM will be delivered on the next working day between 5:00 PM and 11:00 PM.

Shipping costs Netherlands

Our shipping costs are €2.99 per order for orders of 4 items or more.

For orders of 4 pieces or more, the shipping costs are €2.99
For orders of 3 pieces, the shipping costs are €5.99
For orders of 2 pieces, the shipping costs are €7.99
For orders of 1 piece, the shipping costs are €9.99

Shipping costs Belgium*

For deliveries in the Flemish-speaking part and Brussels in BELGIUM, we charge the Dutch shipping costs (see paragraph above) + a surcharge of €1.50 per shipment on top. 

Shipping and delivery proof

• As soon as the order is on its way to you, you will receive a Track & Trace code from Trunkrs (via text message and email).
• This notification will be sent to you on the day of delivery between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
• The message will show a timeframe in which you can expect the Vegan Visboer/ Vegan Fisherman order to arrive at your home.
• From then on, you can track your order in real time via the link provided.

This is what your delivery looks like

After completing your order, our automation system will pass this on to our carrier Trunkrs. Thanks to this unique collaboration, you will receive your order of Vegan Visboer/ Vegan Fisherman products freshly frozen and delivered to your home.

Packaging and shelf life

All our products have an expiration date. The Vegan Visboer/ Vegan Fisherman products are delivered freshly frozen, resulting in a long shelf life. After delivery, place the products immediately in the freezer (-18 °C) or let them thaw outside the freezer for 60 minutes before immediate use.

When placed immediately and stored continuously in the freezer (-18 °C), the Vegan Visboer fish substitutes can be kept for at least 9 months.

Sustainable delivery

Trunkrs is a delivery service that, just like Vegan Visboer/ Vegan Fisherman, focuses on sustainability. They use existing resources for the transport service provided, including reusable cooling elements. This ensures that your order remains in perfect condition, while at the same time, we work together on a lower CO2 footprint.

Receiving your order

• It is essential that someone is present to receive the order and store the Vegan Visboer products immediately in the freezer to guarantee quality.
• Do you already know you will not be present, and do you still want us to leave the order unattended/at the door? This is possible, but entirely at your own risk (see next point). Do you still want to take this risk and continue the order? Please let us know when you place your order in the comments field on the payment page.
• Leaving orders unattended is at your own risk. If a delivery is left unattended at your request, Vegan Visboer B.V. nor the delivery service Trunkr does not guarantee the quality of the delivered products. We can only guarantee quality when the order has been personally received.
• If no one is attending to the delivery person at the door, he/she/they will first try to deliver the order to the neighbours. If this is not possible, the delivery person will attempt to contact you by phone. If there is still no response or possibility of delivering the order, the shipment will be returned to the sender without a refund of payment for the products. Shipping costs also remain the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

Backorder products not in stock

A product may be temporarily out of stock. In that case, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery day for the subsequent delivery of the missing products.
